I offer individual counseling to women ages 18+ via video Telehealth. My experience includes working in in-patient and residential psychiatric settings, and before entering private practice I worked in a college counseling center. I enjoy working with college students and young adults as they navigate independence, new life decisions, relationships and friendships. This time of life can be exciting but also overwhelming and confusing. It is a privilege to journey with you through these exciting and confusing moments of life. My hope is to build a space of trust, where together we can work toward your purpose and find solutions to help you move forward.
