Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I practice from the framework that our minds and bodies are deeply connected. Exploring how they impact one another is important for our overall health and wellness. It is important for me to practice from a holistic and person-centered space. Everyone I work with will have a different experience. I tailor treatment to meet the needs of the client and families. Most often, I utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and talk therapy. As well as a host of various techniques to provide you and your family with the best outcome possible.
You are the expert of your life. I work to be curious about your experiences and provide new perspectives. I am honored to be a guide on your journey to self-discovery and wellness.
