I offer online video counseling and clinical services to anyone who struggles through their life and who may need assistance. For 30 years, I have been working with various cases of social disorder, self-esteem programs and family/relationship issues, grief counseling, anxiety, depression, trauma and addictions. I enjoy empowering my clients through a cognitive-behavioral approach by assisting them to identify faulty thinking patterns, while learning new strategies for a healthier life.
