I am someone that will confront you on the things you do not see (or may not want to see). I will teach you how to manage stress. I will teach you how to live with depression. I advocate for you and I PUSH YOU. If we do not end up being a good fit, I will refer you. All sessions are virtual or over the phone! Accepting clients in CA only.
Availability: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays mornings and midday.
