Seeking therapy is often a reflection of significant discomfort in your life. Maybe you feel that your emotions have become difficult to manage, or perhaps you feel numb to them. I work with my clients to explore their current and past situations and symptoms in order to find patterns in stressors, relationships, and ways of coping that may not always be adaptive. Together, we can better understand your innermost desires, as well as the fears and symptoms that stand between where you are now and a more fulfilling life.

I work primarily from psychodynamic and attachment perspectives. I tend to do longer-term, depthful work with my clients with the aim of sustained change that lasts well beyond the treatment.
