Leslie Trammell
Are you anxious? Depressed? Overwhelmed? Lonely? Homesick? If you can say yes to any of these, then I'm glad you're here. You're not alone. Working with a counselor can hep you identify unhealthy patterns and explore how your current struggles are impacting you and how to relieve the difficult emotions and change negative behaviors. You will gain tools and learn how to cope in healthy ways. Leaving home for the first time is hard, relationships can be hard, life can feel overwhelming and it's okay to say, "I need to talk to someone." In my practice, I bring life experience, humor, and clinical knowledge to the session. You can do this but you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to support you!
