Leslie Dahl

I have a passion for working with clients who have experienced or continue to struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, substance use, and grief. The majority of my clinical experience has been working with clients in their mid-to-late teens through early adulthood, however I look forward to working with clients of any age, population, and background.
I have experience working with clients from a wide array of backgrounds. I have had the opportunity to work in the outpatient treatment setting, as well as in community health, private practice, and in public school settings. I work primarily from person centered and solution focused therapy approaches.
My greatest strength as a counselor is being able to sit with my client when difficult situations or emotions arise and provide a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming environment. It is important to me to honor my relationship with my clients and meet them where they are currently in their life's journey. l look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you!
