I am an insight-oriented psychotherapist with post-Masters training. I use some CBT techniques and teach at a training institute. I have been in private practice in New York City for more than 35 years. My clients range in age from their mid-teens to Seniors, and are struggling with issues such as: school, work, family, low self-esteem, relationships, anxiety and depression. I meet with clients virtually and in person.
