The college experience is a journey filled with ups and downs. This period of our lives can be overwhelming, and bring up different emotions, including depression, anxiety, and loneliness. It's important to acknowledge these feelings, learn to manage and work through them so you can be your best self.
I want you to know that you are not alone. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. College is a time of self-discovery, and it's completely normal to grapple with questions about who you are and where you fit in. The academic pressures only add to the challenges you may be facing.
