Welcome—I’m Leonarda Gaige, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, a bilingual (English/Spanish) psychiatric nurse practitioner providing trauma-informed mental health care to children (6+), teens, college students, and adults across Florida and Arizona.

At My Journey Compass Health, I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management (non-controlled substances) with a holistic lens. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer thoughtful, individualized support to help you move forward at your own pace.
