Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families in a variety of settings including residential group home treatment, the foster care system and the public school system.
My practice style includes a variety of therapeutic approaches such as: solution focused therapy; cognitive behavioral therapy; and reality therapy using a strengths based approach. I also believe in the benefits of practicing mindfulness and mediation to center ourselves so we can become clearer on our intention for our life.
Taking the first step to on your therapy journey can be difficult and I am here to help you start this process. I hope to build a positive and trusting relationship, while helping you navigate your journey through life. I am here to offer a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to begin your therapeutic process.
