Lena DeYoung

Pre-Licensed Professional
Accepting clients Last Updated Today

Hi! I’m a postdoctoral clinician accepting clients both in person and virtually. I especially enjoy working with college students as they navigate academic pressure, relationships, identity, and the uncertainty that can come with figuring out what’s next.

I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP, to help with anxiety, OCD, depression, and related concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, with space for honest conversations and practical strategies you can use in everyday life. I strive to create a supportive and open environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore your values, and work toward easing symptoms while creating a life that makes more room for the people, activities, and goals that matter to you.
