Accepting clients Last Updated 5 days ago

As an independently licensed clinical social worker, I have had the honor of supporting clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss. Much of my clinical practice has been with teens and emerging adults- a dynamic and often challenging time of life. My approach and therapeutic philosophy continues to evolve, but is always informed by the needs of each individual client.

I believe in a client centered and client driven approach to psychotherapy. You are the expert on your own life, and your perspective is crucial to our work. My goal is to foster a warm, nurturing, and safe environment so you can process your experiences, thoughts, and emotions to gain deeper insight.

Building a strong therapeutic relationship takes time, but it all begins with the first session! We will use this time to explore your goals and priorities. Maybe you’ll feel a bit nervous. Or have things you’re not ready to share. It’s all normal and it’s all ok! Ultimately, our first session will just be two people talking.
