Pre-Licensed Professional

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by the pressure to figure everything out, I offer a space where you can slow down, explore what’s going on underneath the surface, and begin to feel more grounded.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative—I draw from attachment-based, person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies to meet you where you are and help you move toward meaningful change. I’m also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, a powerful modality that can support healing for those dealing with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma. I offer KAP as part of a holistic treatment plan, and work closely with clients to process and integrate insights from their experience into ongoing therapy.

Therapy with me is about building insight, reconnecting with your inner resources, and finding clarity in the midst of uncertainty. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
