Navigating mental health challenges or big life changes can feel exhausting, especially when you’re balancing school, work, or family responsibilities. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with your mood, or unsure how to move forward, I’m here to help.

I work with young adults and parents who are navigating life transitions, anxiety disorders, burnout, or other challenges. If you’re feeling the weight of academic pressures, struggling with parenting stress, or finding it difficult to manage your emotions or relationships, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in your way and create a plan to help you feel more in control and confident.

I use approaches like CBT to help improve sleep, reduce stress, and build healthier thought patterns so you can feel more grounded in your daily life. Whether it’s learning to manage the racing thoughts that keep you up at night, tackling burnout, or working on healthier relationships, my goal is to empower you to develop skills that lead to lasting change.

I’ve worked with college students, parents, and veterans to help them navigate everything from anxiety and depression to big life transitions. I believe in a supportive, whole-person approach to mental health care—addressing both the emotional and practical sides of life. My experience as a registered nurse and now as a psychiatric nurse practitioner allows me to take a compassionate yet practical approach to help you build resilience and independence.

If you’re ready to start feeling better and take steps toward meaningful changes, I’m here to support you.
