Leigh Mohorn
Welcome, I am so glad you are here! When seeking out counseling there are many things you may be feeling. You may feel like you are never good enough and constantly worry what others think about you. You may feel like you cannot get your overwhelming thoughts to stop circulating through your head and feel anxiety in your body. You may feel like you have no control over your big emotions and they seem to consume you. You may have went went through a traumatic event and are still struggling from it. You may have no idea how to process your trauma and constantly become triggered everyday. If this is you, together we can work to overcome it!
I am passionate about helping women with anxiety, grief, trauma and life changes. Through working alongside you, we can begin to explore your anxiety, grief, life changes or trauma. We will begin to unravel your thoughts and emotions surrounding your experiences. Tangible coping skills will be incorporated into therapy sessions for you to use immediately.
Know how brave you are for seeking out therapy. Deciding to go to therapy can be a big step and it can seem really scary. The benefit will lead you to clarity, peace and ways to cope with all you have been through. You will begin to live a life more free!
I am able to take BCBS under my supervisor, Lacey Moore.
