Some counseling modalities that I utilize most frequently are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Humanistic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also enjoy working through multicultural and holistic lenses that allow me to better understand your unique worldview and select interventions that will be most beneficial to you.
