Leanna Lee-Sydnor is not your average clinical social worker; she’s a beacon of hope for those seeking transformation. With a heart dedicated to making a difference, she passionately serves individuals in New York and Connecticut, specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Leanna understands the profound impact these challenges have on families, young adults, and marginalized communities. Her unique approach combines various therapeutic techniques, with a spotlight on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy. She believes in the power of healing from the past while equipping you with practical tools for the here and now.

With a career spanning schools, hospitals, outpatient facilities, and detox centers, Leanna has finely honed her expertise. Her proudest moments include her work with formerly incarcerated individuals and clients battling psychotic disorders. Prior to her private practice journey, she directed an inpatient psychiatric program, enriching her knowledge and deepening her commitment to helping others.
