Hi there, I'm Sawyer! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Master's degree from Northern Kentucky University. My approach to therapy is both solution-focused and person-centered, which means I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.

I specialize in a wide range of areas including addiction, ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum support, eating disorders, gender identity, life transitions, OCD, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, telehealth, suicidal ideation and self-harming, and trauma. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety, or seeking support for gender identity, I'm here to help you find your path to healing and growth.

In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and empathetic environment where we work together to identify solutions and strategies that resonate with you. My goal is to empower you to overcome challenges and achieve a sense of balance and well-being in your life.

On a personal note, I find joy in spending time with nature and animals, which helps me recharge and stay grounded. I also have my own therapist because I believe in the importance of self-care. When I'm not working, you might find me indulging in video games or enjoying a hot tea with lemon or an Arnold Palmer. And I love to read, even though I often choose video games over books!

One of my favorite quotes is, 'I said to the sun ‘tell me about the Big Bang.’ The sun said ‘it hurts to become.’ This reminds me of the transformative journey we all go through and the strength it takes to grow and evolve.

If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together to create the change you seek.
