Leah Nelson, LICSW LLC
Are you looking for immediate support? Do you want to feel happier, less anxious, and more connected? Are you working hard to hold it all together and wind up feeling overwhelmed?
Look no further. I am a warm, down-to-earth, CBT and psychodynamic therapist. I am active in session. I work to help you accept yourself for who you are and then gently invite change. My practice philosophy aims to "walk" beside you on your journey to learn more about yourself in order to build personal insights, to learn and practice usable coping skills, and to help you build a stronger foundation to engage in the life you want to live.
Currently I am only seeing clients virtually. I am accepting new clients and have immediate openings. Please contact me at 617-855-5108 for a brief, no-cost consultation.
