I'm an experienced Dual Board-Certified Psychiatric/Mental Health & Family Medicine NP whose mission is to support each patient in their journey to reaching optimal health. I take the holistic view of healing that considers the whole person - body, mind, spirit, and emotions. I believe in conventional medication, when needed, as well as alternative therapies, to help your body and mind heal itself. I have an extensive history in treating children, adolescents, and adults with issues such as ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, OCD, and many other common disorders that can affect an individual's mental health. As a Certified Diabetes Educator, I also help individuals who struggle with obesity, weight loss, and nutritional therapies. Your health journey will be a collaborative effort!
