My goal is to help you develop / maintain a strong sense of self, and to identify ways in which you / we can sustainably support your wellbeing.
I specialize in areas around neurodivergence, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, crises of faith, and school refusal / school and education-related issues. I also offer Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups.
