I am a queer therapist specializing in trauma, sexuality, relationships, and gender with LGBTQIA2S+ communities, kink and CNM communities. My approach uses mindfulness, somatics, attachment-based and nature-based modalities to support you in cultivating greater awareness, clarity, and access to innate inner agency, to more sustainably engage with all that is important to you.
My approach is affirming of neurodiversity, racial and cultural identities, and rooted in contemplative, liberation, & decolonial psychologies. I find survival strength, resilience, and creativity at work even in the most challenging of circumstances. The whole of your being is welcome here.
