An essential part of our lives is creating and maintaining connections: to ourselves, other people, and the world around us. Sometimes, those connections require extra attention, in order to get the most out of life. I would be honored to walk with you through the process of learning about and cultivating that inner and outer connectedness.

I work from a person-centered, holistic, and mindfulness-based approach. This means that I try to help my clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while practicing to re-regulate their body sensations in the moment.

If this sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s connect! It's easiest for me to communicate by email, so if you reach out with a brief description of what you'd like help with we can get the process started.
