Lauren Rubin
You might look like you have things together on the outside—but internally, you’re dealing with anxiety, overthinking, and feeling like everyone else has it figured out except you. Sound familiar? College can be a time of growth and excitement, but I know it can also feel overwhelming and isolating, too.
I work with college students who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship drama, and that constant “what am I doing with my life?” feeling.
I’m not a “sit in silence” therapist; I take an active and collaborative approach, which means I’ll ask questions, give feedback, and help you actually make sense of what’s going on (and what to do about it). I'll give you practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life, and together we’ll work on building confidence and setting boundaries so you can work towards feeling more like yourself and less "stuck" in patterns that aren't serving you.
If you’re ready for therapy that feels real, supportive, and actually helpful, let’s connect.
