Welcome, it's great to meet you! As a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana and New Jersey, I believe that each client deserves a safe, supportive environment to explore the areas that are impacting their lives. With a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, I use my knowledge and experience in the field to best serve a wide range of clients.

In efforts to develop individualized care to each unique client, I approach therapy from a supportive, empathetic, and collaborative lens. I am here to listen, challenge, and empower you from an open minded and affirming point of view.

Whether you are new to counseling or returning, I always start with an introductory session to allow for you to share what brought you to counseling and to hear what you hope to gain from this experience. Each session we will unpack whatever you bring to the table together and work towards accomplishing your therapeutic goals.
