We’re here to help, not to judge.
Young adulthood is a period of significant personal growth and identity formation. And with that growth can come added pressures, stress, and mental health challenges. And if you are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, sensory processing, etc.) this time of life can be even more challenging.
My goal is to create a safe, accepting, and confidential space for all clients where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Based on your individual needs, I will collaborate with you to develop goals that you think are important. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions to help you work through your challenges based on your unique needs.
And I am a neurodiversity affirming therapist. Which means I value the strengths of neurodivergent people, recognizing that different is okay, different is not bad, wrong, or a problem, and navigating differently is supported. I will never try to change you to “look” like a neurotypical standard. I will presume competence, allow for multiple ways of communication, give you a voice, and recognize your unique interests.
Contact me today. I would be honored to join your on your path to growth and wellbeing!
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
