Lauren Creed
I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to create meaningful changes in their life. I enjoy supporting clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, relationship difficulties, work and school stress, and navigating life transitions. If you are wanting to manage symptoms, build self-esteem, or enhance your daily functioning, I'm here to help you take the next step towards the life you want.
I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy and will often use elements of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and art therapy in my work. Together, we can explore which approaches will be most beneficial for you and tailor our work to best support your unique needs.
I'll work with you to create a space where you feel comfortable and understood. We will identify patterns that are no longer serving you and explore solutions to help you achieve your goals. If you are ready to begin this journey or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me and take the first step towards creating the change you want to see!
