Hi! I Specialize in Disordered Eating, OCD, Trauma and addiction. I am Certified in EMDR for trauma and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD. My background in disordered eating includes body image concerns, toxic perfectionism, yo yo dieting, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, exercise addiction, and steroid addiction. My background in addiction includes the use of both prescription and over the counter substances as well as technology and gambling addiction. Additionally, I work with families who are seeking ways to support their loved ones through these struggles. I also offer virtual support groups and therapy groups. At recovery Unfiltered we also enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and nuerodivergent populations.
