You don’t have to be able to name it to know something’s off. Maybe you’ve been through a big experience or a profound shift—or maybe it’s just a quiet sense that life doesn’t feel like it used to, or how it should. You’re not broken—you’re evolving. Whether you're feeling expanded, anxious, disoriented, burned out, or stuck, my approach to therapy is in co-creating a safe space to land. Together, we can explore what’s shifting, what’s hurting, and what’s calling you forward—without judgment, pressure, or clinical coldness.

I specialize in working with people navigating life transitions, spiritual awakenings, grief, burnout, and that hard-to-name sense of disconnection. I offer trauma-informed, somatic therapy that honors both the depth of your experience and the realities of everyday life.

You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. This is your space to slow down, breathe, be, and begin again—with curiosity, compassion, and care.
