Welcome. Life can take us on some wild twists and turns, and it's not always easy to navigate. I believe that we all deserve to have someone support us through life's challenging times. I am prepared to work collaboratively with you to recognize your strengths, identify the obstacles in your path, and find new ways forward to a place of hope, groundedness, and peace.

I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming. I am a therapist with 10+ years of experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, autism, grief, life transitions, and/or stress. Drawing upon various treatment perspectives, I tailor our work specifically to you and your unique needs.

I respect the courage it takes to reach out for help. I invite you to call, email, or visit my website to arrange a free, 15-minute phone interview. During the call you will have an opportunity to tell me a little bit about yourself and/or ask any questions. This can help you decide if I am a good match for you. I know the phone can be difficult for some, so if you you prefer to communicate only by email at first, please just let me know and we can do that as well.
