Our therapeutic connection is the most important part of your healing process. In order to build that trusting partnership you must be given the space to tell your own story at your own pace.

I provide an inclusive, welcoming, supportive environment where we will identify your personal strengths and goals together. Through reflective listening, insight and educated feedback we will build upon the skills you already possess to create a restorative path to your healing.

I have extensive experience working with teens, young adults and adults to overcome obstacles. I utilize principles of DBT, trauma informed care and strength based therapy to promote healing.

Take a moment with me to catch your breath, find your voice and begin to reveal a better version of yourself.

I am honored to begin this journey with you.
