I'm a holistic, multicultural therapist helping teens and adults with trauma, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I'm EMDR trained and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Are you burdened by the weight of constant anxiety or persistent depression? Have you experience a traumatic event or series of events and can't seem to get back to normal? I'm here to help you heal, return to your "old self" and develop resiliency.

Do you find yourself consumed by thoughts of calories? Are you unhappy with your body? You are not alone. I am here to support you. I help my clients uncover the roots of their eating disorder and rebuild a strong sense of fulfillment.

My approach is collaborative and creative. Through the therapy process I can help you find peace of mind, learn coping skills, discover "why" you may do what you do, encourage more joy and meaning, help you engage in life more fully, and put the past in it's proper place. I particularly enjoy working with college age adults. I believe in holistic care.

While some therapists adopt a more passive role of simply listening, my approach is different. I engage actively, offering both support and challenges to encourage you to craft a life that truly inspires you. Our work is guided through the use of EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, ACT and Mindfulness. Reach out for a free consultation! I can't wait to meet you!
