Laura Ranalletta
Human existence is unique for each of us, and that means a uniquely tailored approach to therapy is important. Taking a one-size-fits-all approach negates the fact that we are naturally complex beings. My therapy approach is practical, compassionate, easygoing and down-to-earth.
In my practice, I draw from my training in various evidenced based approaches to provide effective treatment for everyone I work with. That said, I also rely heavily on my own intuition to help guide our work together. Life isn't linear, and neither is therapy. As time goes on and I learn more about what brings you to therapy, I will work to weave together various theories and principles to create a personalized therapy experience just for you.
