I am a clinical social worker who is optimistic, hopeful, and passionate about helping young adults through challenging times. I have been practicing for over 10 years in school and clinical settings working with children and adolescents with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral problems. I employ cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapeutic modalities to work with my clients on a variety of issues including school stress, anxiety, depression, social communication, perfectionism, anger, and mood issues. I accept new patients in person or via teletherapy.
