I am a proud first-generation Korean-Filipina American and former elite and Division I athlete with 15 years of competitive gymnastics and diving experience. This foundation, combined with two decades as a respected New York City psychotherapist, shapes my deep understanding of performance and personal transformation.

As an educator and supervisor, I have trained professionals at NYU Medicine, Health and Hospitals, Oula, New York State Employee Assistance Program, and Embrace Change while mentoring rising mental health practitioners from leading academic programs like Columbia, NYU, Fordham, CCNY, Hunter, and LIU Brooklyn. My practice integrates psychoanalytic training with trauma-informed care - blending attachment, ego psychology, and object relations theories with mindfulness, meditation, and practical tools to foster comprehensive healing.

As an advocate and speaker, I co-host “Hahnacity,” a podcast focused on healing through storytelling, and am a proud member of the Alliance for Social Workers in Sports (ASWIS).
