We demonstrate our ability to make positive changes in our lives everyday. Sometimes, we may meet challenges that seem insurmountable when we face them on our own. When these situations arise in your life, I can help you. Sharing your challenges may make them seem less frightening, and less difficult to overcome. I have over 20 years of experience assisting my clients to envision the lives that they want, to find the path toward their vision, and to harness the personal strength to begin to walk on their path.
I work with adolescents, and adults, providing treatment which improves life quality. I am interested in women's health issues, including reproductive difficulties, anxiety, depression, and substance use.
It is my privilege to be a part of my clients' life journeys. I respect the courage required to begin treatment, and I value the trust placed in me as a therapist. All of my clients deserve and receive my full attention and energy as they work to achieve their goals.
