I specialize in working with college students and young adults, providing individual therapy in a collaborative partnership where we address your concerns and build strategies for growth and healing. Having served as a Staff Psychologist at University of Chicago Student Counseling Services, I developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges students face during this major life transition. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and ADHD.
My listening style is warm and interactive. I integrate psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and family systems approaches while staying attuned to contemporary social issues. Together, we'll identify patterns that aren't serving you, enhance your self-awareness and build resilience to create sustainable positive change.
