I have training and experience with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, and relational issues. I am passionate about making the world a better place through environmental action, volunteer work, and providing mental health services. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing with my dogs, exploring new places, and learning.
