Taking the first step to work on your mental health is hard. I view therapy as a safe space where we can work together on this puzzle. As an EMDRIA EMDR trained provider, I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma ranging from ages 18+. We utilize mindfulness-based techniques, Internal Family Systems-Informed Practices, and Rogerian Therapy at your own pace and comfort.

Note: I also provide any potential clients a 15-min free consultation to determine if it's the right fit.
