Counseling is your chance to talk to a Therapist about YOU, your life, your wants, needs, feelings, and relationships. This is your opportunity to be seen and heard and to get the support you need to feel better. Counseling can treat many many things from small concerns to major ones. You do not have to have a ‘mental illness’ to seek therapy and counseling support. You can be a well functioning individual who wants to make changes or improve your self awareness. We are telehealth based practice that formed from an in-person practice during the covid pandemic. This has allowed us to recruit the best therapists we could find from all over the state, and now serve all of Washington State. We have a half dozen of fully licensed therapists and several associate licensed therapists working with us. Call and/or email the office manager Ben to get scheduled.
