We are a group practice in Lake Mary, and provide counseling to help lower your stress and anxiety. School and everything else can at times be too much. The pressure of grades, can I do this. Parents that keep wanting better grades is stressful. Everyone needs to hear “We love you and we are proud of you.” In counseling we help reduce the feeling of “Im overwhelmed, this is too much.” Lets explore your needs and wants that maybe was never asked because you do matter. Lets work on a plan that can help you manage everything you are trying to do by reducing negative thoughts or maybe theres too much going on at home that is affecting your focus. We want to help you reach your goals and grow to be exactly the person you want to be.
We have over 10 different empathetic clinicians with different specialties like self growth, relationships, parenting, anxiety and depression while supportive the LGBQT+ community to stay safe in these very stressful times. We have bilingual staff in Spanish, offer late and weekend hours if needed.
