To me, there is nothing more important than creating a safe space for people to express and navigate the full spectrum of life’s emotions. Working with the college population is a passion of mine, for it was my college counselor who inspired me to become a clinician. I have worked with all ages, and have ample experience working with college students, neurodiverse individuals, LGBTQ+ identifying individuals, and culturally diverse populations. My expertise includes addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Borderline Personality disorder, comorbid disorders, and more. I support my clients in achieving their goals by taking a person-centered approach to Cognitive Behavioral therapy while incorporating techniques from other perspectives such as interpersonal therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy. Being a college student is not an easy feat, so it is my goal to continue providing a safe, welcoming space for students to share their hardships and celebrate their accomplishments as they navigate this time in their lives.
