Laia Jorba
Trauma resolution and transitions is at the heart of what I do. As a body-centered psychotherapist, I believe in including the wisdom of body, emotions and mind to guide you toward the person you always wanted to be. In working with individuals, I integrate different modalities, multicultural sensitivities and knowledge-based research. I welcome people of all origins to explore cultural identities through embodied practices. This is also informed by more than 16 years of experience as a national and international educator and trainer. I support therapists in their professional and personal path as a teacher, supervisor and mentor.
