At Lager Counseling Services, we work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward in their lives or relationships. Many of our clients come in after trying to “manage” their symptoms but still feeling like something isn’t changing.
We take a down-to-earth approach to therapy. We help clients feel better, but we don’t stop there. We focus on understanding the patterns driving thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so real, lasting change can happen—not just temporary relief.
Our goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction in your life.
