LACIE GLASSER
I know that balancing school, work, and a social life is a lot to handle, and sometimes "powering through" just isn't enough. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota, I help college students and adults (16+) navigate these high-stress years. Since I work exclusively via telehealth, you can skip the commute and meet with me from the privacy of your own space.
How I Help
I specialize in working with people managing Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, and Autism, as well as Personality Disorders. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I use a mix of tools to help you find what actually works for your life:
CBT: To help you catch and change the negative thought loops that keep you stuck.
DBT: To give you "in-the-moment" skills for handling big emotions and stressful situations.
ACT: To help you stay present and make choices based on what actually matters to you.
What to Expect
In our sessions, you can expect a real, down-to-earth conversation. There’s no need to "perform" or have all the answers. Whether you are struggling to get things done, healing from past experiences, or just trying to keep your head above water, we’ll work as a team. My goal is to help you feel more in control and give you practical tools so that daily life feels a lot more manageable.
