Accepting clients Last Updated 14 days ago

Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and family dynamics. I use evidence-based approaches—like CBT and trauma-informed care—tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and respect as you work toward healing and lasting change.

A bit about my approach to therapy
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of a strong, trusting relationship. I draw from evidence-based models like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strength-based practices to meet clients where they are and help them move toward their goals. I work actively with clients to identify patterns, build resilience, and develop practical tools for growth. I see each client as the expert in their own life, and I’m here to support, guide, and walk alongside them through the process.

What you can expect from our first session
Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel seen, heard, and valued. My sessions focus on helping you gain insight, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity. Whether we’re working through anxiety, relationship issues, or life transitions, you’ll leave sessions with tools that feel manageable and meaningful. My goal is for you to feel empowered, more connected to yourself and others, and supported every step of the way.
