I offer a safe space for you to untangle from the patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that leave you feeling drained. We will work together to deepen self-compassion, explore underlying issues, and ways to live your best life.

I bring a holistic, grounded, and body positive approach to our work. Sessions include tangible takeaways coupled with supportive encouragement and deep listening. We may incorporate deep breathing or gentle movement into our sessions together to help move through places you feel stuck and establish a loving, nurturing relationship with yourself.
