Kylie Gerks
Welcome, and thanks for visiting my page! I enjoy working with children aged 8+, teens, adults, couples, & families of all backgrounds. My clients are often dealing with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, premarital/marital counseling, grief, parenting issues, substance abuse, family conflict, & relationship difficulties. My commitment to you is that I will work with you to identify your goals & how we can get there together, by providing a judgment-free space to explore your reality - the good, bad, & everything in between. It's a privilege to be a part of your journey.
I use a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy. This means that in addition to traditional talk therapy, I also implement various experiential, hands-on techniques to meet your individual needs. It is my desire that you leave each session feeling validated, heard, & armed with a hope & plan to empower you through the time between our sessions.
