With over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, I am dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Widener University, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals manage a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, reproductive and fertility issues, postpartum challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect. I am passionate about empowering clients to develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and create more fulfilling, balanced lives. Whether you're facing a difficult season or seeking long-term personal growth, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

You don’t have to face things alone—together, we can work toward the change you seek.

I am best positioned to support adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD—especially when these concerns are heightened during periods of change. Life transitions, whether expected or sudden, can be overwhelming, and I offer a grounded, compassionate space to help you navigate them with greater confidence and self-understanding.

I also have a special passion for working with women who are facing fertility and reproductive challenges, navigating the postpartum period, or on a health and weight loss journey. These experiences can be deeply personal and complex, and I’m committed to offering supportive, non-judgmental care tailored to your unique path.

Additionally, working with young adults is a true passion of mine. Whether you're adjusting to college life, starting your first job, or learning to build and sustain healthy relationships, I’m here to help you make sense of these transitions and move forward with intention.
